Growing up as a kid is one of the interesting part of a humans life. Kids are expected to start understanding and adopting to the new environment they have been born into by seeing, hearing, feeling etc.

Base on the environment and the home of training some kids turn out to follow what they see their parents do or what is most often practice in their environment while some follow their heart and some speak only out of ignorance like for example “a child telling his father that he will want to be a Spiderman”.

But as for me that was totally different so let me tell you what I said..

I cannot be sure of they day but it was one evening in 2000 when my Dad called everyone to gather while he distributed the new school materials bought for the semester to begin school and that was I first year of school since birth so i was so excited.

While distributing the materials he began to ask questions about what would you want to be when you grow up and everybody was giving interesting answers until when it was my turn I answered and said “I want to be a PRESIDENT” and everyone was surprised even down to my father so he further ask and said “what will you do for me” and i said ” I will buy you a car full of Peppermint candy” and that was totally a funny moment because my father is someone who always likes mints so he will always give me some when he was around.

So this was my Novis Career Plan and to be really true, I can see myself ending up as one of the future presidents of my country Liberia because there is this one role of leadership that is always with me where ever I go.

Don’t see it to be insane always ask your child or children essential life questions while they grow up in order to understand how they are coping with the training you are impacting into them.
